1. RECITALS Broker provides matchmaking services to connect businesses with digital marketing service providers. Client seeks to engage a provider and desires Broker’s assistance in identifying and vetting candidates.
2. SERVICES Broker shall introduce Client to qualified third-party agencies or freelancers (“Providers”). Broker’s role is limited to the introduction and initial facilitation; Broker is not responsible for the actual performance of marketing services.
3. COMPENSATION In exchange for a successful introduction, Client agrees to pay Broker:
