5 Things People Want but Find Difficult To Attain.

Life on Earth

There are billions of individuals, plant growth, sea life, land animals, birds, planetary aims, and systems. Somehow, humanity finds a reason to complain about all of them. Why? For many, earth seems cramped, over-populated, and needy. To others, the environment appears plentiful. Each person is confident in their beliefs based on personal opinions and has composed convictions of random bits of fact. There’s always someone in need of something. No one is above correction.

There are several things desired, yet individuals find them difficult to get. What do you desire? How is life treating you? Or, how are you treating life? Many join teams with like-minded individuals to accomplish goals they can’t do individually. The key phrase is “like-minded individuals”. Now you can motivate one another to get the task done effectively. You can gerry-rig something. It never lasts long enough for the price it pays to do it right. Good things take time so failure is a heads-up. You’re 1 step closer to figuring things out. You are the author of your very own life. Happy endings do exist because you created it. Save them in the clouds.

Survey

The survey disclosed 5 desires people find difficult to attain. There were more, but these are the ones which stood out as principal causes of frustration. When asked, what are their 5 major desires? The inquiry of 100 unanimous people chose happiness for the top of the list. Defined words or word definitions provide in-depth knowledge and clarity. We began by defining each one. We used Wikipedia online Merriam Dictionary, and The Urban Dictionary.

5 Desires:  Defined by online Dictionaries

  1. Happiness: Prosperity; The term used by the context of positive mental and emotional states, ranging from contentment to intense joy. Wikipedia explained other forms of happiness as emotional satisfaction, blossoming with delight and well-being.

  2. Money: Next on the list of desires is money. A current medium of exchange in coins and banknotes. An asset of living when attained or saved in abundance and a liability in its absence or lack. Used in the exchange of goods and service.

  3. Peace: Freedom from disturbance, tranquility or free from emotional worry, doubt or pain. The state of calm, without conflict or war with yourself or others. The art of solitude from strife or disruption. A restful state of being. Peace is a concept of societal friendship and harmony without hostility or violence.

  4. Freedom: The power to act, speak, or think as they please. The state of being and having anything without difficulty, liberation. The state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement.

  5. Health: The state of being free from illness or injury. A human condition and state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being but NOT merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

The next question was, in order of importance. What are these desires? The beginning of the survey, each person had the initial goal of happiness with the increase of enormous sums of money. However, when asked what was most important out of the 5, the majority replied, health.

Health was most important and achievable. It made the difficult simple with organization, diet or nutrition, discipline and prioritization until achievement. Regardless of how much money, peace or freedom they could get, it was clear health should be at the top of the “desire” list.

Procrastination kills motivation

If you can not find the discipline to execute, or the willingness to sacrifice regardless of the 5 types of desires you have or the order in which they come, you do not truly want any of them. Procrastination is NOT your friend. It lies to you, giving the illusion that you have extra-time, the one thing you can’t control or actually have. This is negative self-talk and why it happens. These are the lies mentally told in order to remain seated. The moment of any attempt, there’s the push back. Do nothing and nothing worth mentioning will happen. The more you put things off and let them stay by the waste-side, the harder it becomes. This will continue for as long as there is negative self-talk, non-commitment, or undisciplined mindsets. Make yourself get in shape mentally before the physical work-out begins. Your body will only listen to your mind. If your mind isn’t prepared or ready…

What’s next?

    • Start with positive affirmations daily and post-it-note to your bathroom/bedroom mirror. Record your voice with affirmations of motivation. Schedule on your cellphone and get organized is key. Affirmations should be continuous, frequent to block out negative distractions. Learn the art of mediation. Set boundaries around your goals and parts of yourself by creating a physical space in your home.

    • Goals are challenging and you will learn with every challenge. The journey you set for yourself is one of peace and freedom, 2 of the 5 listed items. Get the thought out of your head that you’re doing it for the “Gram” (Instagram) or it will be easy. Peace and freedom ironically comes with struggle, bravery and often violence.

    • Your health allows for bravery, struggle therefore, is at the top of your “desire” list. You look great and that healthy look, sex-appeal and vibe attracts other healthy wealthy people. Suddenly you have more money based on overall performance. The knowledge aquired from your journey can be bought or sold. Discipline has positioned you for opportunity. Obedience has taught you wisdom and built confidence.

    • The further you move away from what harms you, the healthier you will become. These disciplined habits, formed over time, add up. It depends on how much you put into it. And soon you’re healthy and motivating others. Any person with a will for anything in life, nothing in the universe, can halt a “made-up mind”. Your health is indeed your wealth.
