Why It's Good To Purge

Everyone has a life story

From the time you are born, your life story begins. We are all given two caretakers, a mother and a father. Depending on their knowledge, income, or character they are your storyteller until you can narrate and navigate independently. I watched a video by Valuetainment on YouTube. Author Patrick Bet-David tells his story of trials and triumphs leading to his success. He has this goal. It’s to liberate his sickly father and his own life through the sacrifice of youth parties, with dedication to hard work and love of family. Dwayne the Rock Johnson’s motto is “blood, sweat and respect”. Patrick Bet-David’s story of determination embodies the essence of success through perseverance and love, a sentiment echoed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s mantra. Both men have achieved their ideas and level of personal success. Are there people to know, places to go and things you want? Will you purge areas of your life if it made a difference?

Personal Development is a tool that helps you achieve your life goals.  Spirituality is important for personal development because what you believe about yourself is vital moving forward. Success is uniquely designed and demands personal faith, discipline, and self-motivation.  If your belief system is limited then your thinking will be also. Success is often wrapped in your favorite color bow, straight out of your imagination. It has a different meaning for everyone with life-changing challenges. It’s your heart’s desire and a dream come true. It’s your “White-Whale” (Urban Dictionary). To manifest greatness, purging the mental and physical clutter is crucial.

Challenges

“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”. ~ Ferdinand August Bebel

  • What challenges do you face that will have a life-changing effect?
  • Do you find true purpose in your current position?
  • Have you been hoarding?
  • Is it time to toss a few things in the mental and physical trash bin?
  • Are you coming up short in life?

It’s time for your faith-strengthening assignment. This on-time assignment package consistently provides lifetime opportunities. Your spiritual growth is challenged and tested daily because strong faith, discipline, and motivation yield much fruit. These thoughts are known only to you as a still small voice. The driving points are specific to motivate you to action. It doesn’t take much to ignite when you’re hungry, anxious, lonely or tired (Article: HALT) of the same-ole, same-ole, and desire good results. All in our subconscious mind where dreams happen and the imagination begins, we get ideas and see opportunities. Be mindful of your thoughts and plan for better outcomes. Keep the commitments you made to yourself first.

Purge to manifest

Before a pilot can fly a plane, a systems check is done. The crew attendance is taken, cargo weight distribution checked, cargo inventory, safety equipment checked, weather report, and more. If upgrades happen to the plane’s engineering, the pilot is knowledgeable. Therefore, pilots equip themselves with attributes to perform the tasks. Pilots are trusted by thousands or possibly millions of faceless passengers. And required to escort passengers safely to their destinations via aircraft. Many lives are in the pilot’s hands. We all should be conscientious of our behavior.

Have you heard the acronym G.I.GO. for Garbage In, Garbage Out? To manifest anything, you have to be focused on an intended purpose. Organize your time effectively to allow a separation from other daily routines. Purge beforehand and rid yourself of any toxins to ensure the best results. Purging is a preparation and a cleansing. It’s the beginning of a blank canvas. It’s a detoxification of impurities. Purging is different for everyone.

Things to purge beforehand to receive maximum results

e.g., body makeovers, spiritual events, the start of a new diet program, athletic goals, or house decorating and cleaning of clutter. Purging is preparation for many important goals, spiritual journeys, and educational adventures. This purging or cleansing of people, places, and things helps you function at peak performance. Purging is a sacrifice for good and creates balance.

Getting rid of negativity, useless things, or emotions takes up space where amazing things should be. Do you aspire to become someone or do something? The correct ingredients make all things possible. However, without faith or belief, nothing is possible. Practice replacing all negative thoughts with positive ones. Learn to defuse the mental rhetoric. Your journey to success is both personal and profound. Do something creative every day.

When purging is dangerous

In the previous paragraphs, we discuss “HALT” hungry, angry, lonely, or tired because these are moments when you are susceptible to all sorts of things. When you are weak allow yourself to rest, recharge, or meditate. Don’t overload your plate with too many goals, vices, ambitions, and temporary devices. Radical changes along with unplanned action often lead to chaos. When life’s challenges get too heavy take care of your personal development with organizational purging. Decluttering improves physical and mental health per National Geographic.
